Newsletter Sponsorships
We offer weekly and monthly sponsorship for the Other Expats newsletters.
We currently have weekly (The Memo Weekly) and monthly (Off the Press) newsletters with open rates over 60% and click-through ratesbetween 14% and 32%. This is a great way to promote your product or service to our readers.
The ad will be displayed at the top of our weekly or monthly newsletter. The ad will have four attributes: a title, a thumbnail of the product or service, a URL, and a description of 50 words or fewer. You can write the ad content; however, it will be subject to our approval.
The newsletters are also auto-published to Facebook and Twitter so that your product gets significantly higher visibility.
We’ll also create posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google+ thanking our newsletter sponsor, with a link to your product, once for a weekly sponsorship and once every week for a monthly sponsorship.
Sponsored Posts
We can create a sponsored post that describes the features of your product or service (and how it relates to Other Expats in Malaysia), written by one of our writers.
The post will be published on the site, just like a normal post, but it will be labelled as Sponsored. We’ll use Bit.ly to track the performance.
The post is also automatically published on our Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram (if applicable), and Google+ accounts, and shared to expat forums and groups on those platforms (with more than 100,000 active users).
Product Reviews
If your products require testing, we can create an unboxing and hands-on video review and a write-up to give the audience a first-person experience.
Your sponsored write-ups and videos will also be recycled at least once after the initial post to give your product or service even more visibility.
